The Langham, Gold Coast has an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and service-orientated **Information Technology (IT) Officer** to join our team and provide hands-on and technical support to the IT Manager for the effective implementation and delivery of all IT Systems (software and hardware) across The Property.

- **Key Responsibilities**
As IT Officer you will be responsible for the supporting the installation and ongoing maintenance of all IT (software and hardware) across The Property, including; Front Office Property Management System, Networks, Internal IT System, Point of Sales, Telephone & HR Systems.

As a service-focused IT Officer you will work to proactively solve IT issues across The Property, always working to ensure the optimal performance of IT Systems and proactively respond to both guest and colleague queries providing prompt service, knowledge and support.

The IT Officer will support the IT Manager in the installation of hardware and software, provide guidance to new users, and coordinate third party training to ensure The Property meets our Brand Standards and ongoing support to all internal and external users.

**Qualifications & Skills**
To be successful in the role you will have been in a similar position in a customer-centric environment and have good working knowledge of various IT Systems across organisations.

Other key attributes we are looking for include:

- Relevant IT experience either through personal interest, industry or education
- A passion for technology, particularly in network and server infrastructure
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Tertiary Qualifications in IT/IT Systems is desirable
- Hotel experience highly desirable
- Australian work rights
