Security Authorisation Lead

A Security Authorisation Lead specialising in SAP HANA Application Security is required to lead our dynamic team on complex projects, ensuring robust security measures for client SAP HANA environments.
Strong knowledge in role build process across multiple platforms, including design and analysis, leading workshops with business and architects.
Familiarity with IdM and general administration within IdM toolset.
Ability to understand, investigate and develop new roles, groups, teams within the SAP Cloud Solution.
Integration of new roles, groups, teams within the SAP Cloud to the rest of the roles and access design.
Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options.
Ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to meet business needs.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Team lead experience with various team sizes.
Proven ability to deliver high-profile activities under tight timescales.
Success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Active NV1 AGSVA clearance or ability to achieve NV1 clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
Strong presentation skills.
Client relationship and engagement.
Willingness to take on challenges in new areas at new clients.
Drive to expand network in the SAP community.
Ambition, excellent leadership skills and talent for building successful client relationships are highly valued.
