Job Description

This role involves guiding clients in their SAP security strategy, providing expert advice on risk management, security architecture, and compliance. The successful candidate will lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project deliverables align with security objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP security administration, including user management, authorisation concepts, data privacy, and system hardening. They will also possess comprehensive knowledge of SAP security technologies such as SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP, SAP Gateway, and SAP Fiori.

A strong ability to communicate and engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels is essential for this position. Additionally, the candidate should have demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required for this role. Applicants must also have an active NV1 AGSVA clearance or be able to achieve NV1 clearance.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant professional experience can also be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Security Consultant, preferably with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP security administration, including user management, authorisation concepts, data privacy, and system hardening.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP security technologies such as SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP, SAP Gateway, and SAP Fiori.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
