**About the Role**

As a Quality & Clinical Education Consultant, you will:

- Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and drive continuous improvement across our Residential Services
- Provide expert clinical guidance, develop resources, and deliver education programs to enhance care quality
- Collaborate with site teams, conduct audits, and contribute to policy development and strategic projects
- Travel occasionally to BaptistCare homes to provide onsite support and training

**About the Team**

Join a collaborative Residential Services team committed to person-centred care, continuous improvement, and supporting aged care homes to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.

**About You**:

- Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Delivery and assessment modules
- Experience in residential aged care
- Proven experience and knowledge of accreditation/registration and quality frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of a continuous improvement program at an organisation wide level
- Demonstrated ability to create, plan, coordinate and deliver education and training activities with flexible delivery options in consultation with the are Development Unit, Learning & Development and Residential Managers
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly across site
