As the part time Night Audit Manager, you will ensure that all Eos guests receive exceptional service whilst overseeing overnight shift operations of Guest Service, Front Office & In Room Dining. This is the perfect opportunity to learn the ropes of Night Audit, for a hotel student or budding Front Office leader. Working 2 - 3 shifts per week, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and financial duties and being the most senior staff member on the overnight shift, you will maintain the orderly running of the hotel overnight with a keen eye for detail and a passion for guest experience. You will ensure the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything you do - distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic, and you will interact in ways that create guest loyalty and positive word of mouth, not only throughout Australia, but Internationally as well.
