Searching for a contact centre position that isn't your run of the mill tele-marketing role and offers care, purpose and genuine support to customers?

A rare opportunity is available for customer service/admin professionals who are looking to align themselves with a reputable business in a role that offers a sense of give-back. Joining a team that has an earned trust in excellence within the community, you will play an essential role in delivering high level, personalised support to customers seeking assistance with bookings and administration.

Operating out of the National Assessment Centre based in Sydney CBD, a short walk from the train station. This opportunity offers a rotating roster of 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am - 9pm. Must be available for a 2 week training period Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.

**6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT WITH A STRONG VIEW TO PERMANENCY FLEXIBLE WFH OPTIONS AVAILABLE.**
- Have the highest of personal and professional standards and are wanting to use this to help others in a meaningful way.
- Is an exceptional communicator, able to build rapport immediately and connect and engage with a customer over the phone within a sensitive environment.
- Be passionate about delivering A+ service with care, compassion and professionalism.
- Have strong multi tasking abilities and is able to a hold a conversation whilst navigating a system.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer driven environment is highly regarded.

This unique position ultimately requires an individual that has demonstrated genuine, 'above and beyond' customer service experience.
