What is the Customer Success Lead?
As the customer success lead, you will be responsible for representing TRKKN across the Australian market to current clients and prospects, as well as to our key Omnicom agency partners and our key strategic partner Google.
With support from the managing director and division heads. you will be bringing to market a set of leading solutions powered by some of the best talent in Australia & New Zealand, ranging from:

- Google Marketing Platform Licencing (Google Analytics 360, Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360)
- Google Cloud Platform Resell and Service
- Tech & Data consulting
- Digital Analytics
- Cloud Engineering
- Machine Learning & AI
- Conversion Rate Optimisation

Key Accountabilities
- Represent the TRKKN services offering across the ANZ markets and provide guidance and thought leadership to agencies and clients around TRKKNs capability
- Grow the business profitably by acquiring new clients and work with Division Heads, to maximise profitable business growth with key accounts.
- Simplify complexity of solutions through compelling narrative which resonates with partners and clients' different levels of expertise and competency areas
- Identify business opportunities and challenges, leverage synergy opportunities across functions and businesses.
- Support solutions lead to develop tailored solutions for vertical and individual client needs

The person we are looking for...
- At least 4 years' experience within partnerships, sales or customer success in a similar environment.
- Proven track record achieving targets within challenging sales environments would be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and Cloud Platform Stacks
- Strong understanding of data driven digital marketing activities
- Detailed knowledge of marketing technology (ad-servers, DMPs, CDPs, DSPs) and industry trends
- Understanding of marketing cloud platforms such as SFMC and Google 360 Suite is advantageous.
