Accounts Payable Clerk

**Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA**:
- **Part-time 12-month contract | Adelaide CBD location**:
- **3 days per week**
**Your new opportunity**
This exciting opportunity will see you maintain and control the Association's Accounts Payable process end to end. But that's not all - your expertise will extend to being an integral link between RAA external suppliers and various internal RAA business units. In addition, you will:
- Process End of Month tasks and accruals.
- Prepare Corporate Credit Card cost allocations per detailed procedures.
- Reconcile supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger as received and follow up any inaccuracies.
- Follow through and resolve supplier/account payment queries promptly and accurately.
- Provide support and relief for accounts staff and Financial Accountant as required.

**About you**
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:
- Sound knowledge of the accounts payable function.
- Previous experience with Finance One (Tech One) is desirable.
- Previous clerical experience in an accounts payable, with some reconciliation experience.
- Exceptional numeracy and accuracy skills.
- Outstanding problem solving and resolution skills.
- Sound knowledge of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
