About the Role
- Provide an efficient and effective food service to support the operation of the Princess Alexandra Hospital, under the supervision of the Retail Manager, Food Services.
- Accountable for the quality assurance, consistency of food and coffee production.
- Lead by example and able to display excellence in customer service.
- Responsible for regular upkeep of display points and coffee cart merchandising.
- Ability to fulfil cash handling and point of sales duties.
