**About the Role**:
**Shift Details** - Rotating Shift | 4 Days On - 4 Days Off - 4 Nights On - 4 Days off

**Shift Timing** - Day Shift: 05:45 - 17:45; Night Shift : 17:45-05:45

**Pay Rate**:
Morning Shift - $ 31.09/hr + Super

Night Shift - $35.75/hr + Super

Morning shift after working 7.6 hours - first 3 hours $45.15/hr then $62.18 thereafter

Night Shift after working 7.6 hours
- first 3 hours $45.15/hr then $62.18 thereafter

Saturday - $46.64/hr

Sunday - $62.18/hr

**Core Responsibilities**
- Ensure safe startup, shutdown, and continuous operation of extruders and related equipment.
- Monitor plant operations continuously to ensure that finished products meet specifications and production targets are achieved.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform first aid maintenance as needed.
- Conduct in-line quality control checks to verify that finished goods meet customer requirements.
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic winders to rewind master rolls as required.
- Converting large blown extrusion rolls into smaller rolls with seals and perforations to create various lengths of plastic bags.
- Changing resins during job transitions to maintain product quality.
- Completing daily production paperwork. Maintain production reporting by completing shift logs, including production rates and downtime, using both hard copy and IT-based systems.
- Printing labels for finished rolls and pallets.
- Package and label finished goods according to customer specifications.
- Receive raw materials in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the work area.

**About You**:

- Has full working rights (MUST)
- Prior experience in machine operating.
- Can work 4 days on (day shift) 4 days off - 4 days on(night shift) days off
- Good communications skills and can handle paperwork duties
- Ability to lift to 25 kg
- Physically fit

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.09 - $35.75 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

**Experience**:
