**About the role**
This is a **hands-on** role in our fast-paced Cartons business that requires the safe and efficient operation of our **Corrugator Machine** whilst achieving maximum quality throughout the job process.
Our operators are responsible for proactively and accurately setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining equipment per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting and machine maintenance as required, participating in quality and safety processes, and ensuring daily production targets are met.
**What you will bring to the team**
- A **safety-first mindset** and ability to lead by example when it comes to safety in the workplace.
- Demonstrated experience producing **consumer packaging for the FMCG industry** (preferably with Cartons).
- Experience on a **corrugating machine in Litho/Flexo** (desirable but not essential).
- Sound computer skills with ability to record operational data accurately.
- Strong **mechanical aptitude** and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically fit and able to stay on their feet all day, working with manual machine components.
- Excellent attention to detail and a customer focused mindset.
- Flexibility and willingness to work across **day, afternoon, and night shift, with weekend overtime.**:
