**Seeking a Junior Data Analyst for a 3-month fixed-term contract to support Head of Transformation with advanced modelling, data mining and cross analysis to generate predictive analytics and insights to drive excellence in business decisions.**

**In this role you will be expected to**:

- Determine the suitability & feasibility of analytical solutions for commercial problems
- Design, develop and implement learning and/or optimisation solutions across the business
- Assist in interpreting analysis and modelling results to support business decisions

**About you**

We are looking for a someone with a good foundation in FMCG retail, who can demonstrate experience in a marketing analytics role and an eagerness to solve complex problems in environments that are often ambiguous, technologically challenged and require creative and lateral thinking.

**To deliver at the optimum level you will have**:

- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Marketing Analytics
- Experience providing actionable insights via marketing data analytics to increase profit
- Experience in developing class-leading algorithms to drive commercial outcomes
- Strong Python experience is a must, with experience in technologies such as R, SQL
- Data modelling and statistical analysis skills required
- Proven experience in building, testing and deploying predictive models
- Analytical mind, business acumen, strong math skills, applied Statistics / Quantitative methods understanding mandatory
- Strong communication skills
