Assistant Property Manager Position Available

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure smooth property operations
  • Supporting with inspections, leasing, maintenance, and tenancy management
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
  • General administration and office support to the property management team

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in real estate/property management or strong admin/customer service skills
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's licence
