Milestone IT is working with a leading organisation seeking a proactive and customer-focused Level 1 & 2 Microsoft Engineer.
This role is perfect for someone who combines strong technical skills with excellent communication and a passion for delivering outstanding user support.What you'll be doing:Acting as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring a positive and professional experience for end users.Providing Level 1 & 2 support across Microsoft environments, both remotely and onsite.Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a clear and approachable manner.Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and related Microsoft platforms.Clearly documenting issues, solutions, and communicating updates with stakeholders.What we're looking for:Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to explain technical issues in simple, user-friendly language.Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory.Exposure to Intune, Teams, Exchange, and networking fundamentals is highly desirable.Previous experience in a Level 1 or 2 support/helpdesk role.A team player with patience, empathy, and strong customer service orientation.Why you'll love this role:Work in a role where your communication skills are as valued as your technical expertise.Opportunity to grow your career within a supportive and collaborative IT team.Competitive salary package with immediate start available.If you're a confident communicator with strong Microsoft technical skills and a passion for helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
