About the Role
Join our Technical Systems team as a Technical Support Operator.
You'll be the first point of contact for technical queries across audio, lighting and Pioneer DJ products via phone and email, troubleshooting issues and closing the loop with customers and our dealer network.
Over time, you'll broaden your capability across both audio and lighting and gain exposure to basic system design workflows.
Your day-to-day will include:
Responding to technical queries from dealers, end users and internal teams via phone and email.
Troubleshooting issues across audio, lighting and DJ products, with support from experienced colleagues.
Maintaining accurate records and using CRM systems to track and resolve customer issues.
Collaborating with colleagues in Sydney and Melbourne to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assisting with the preparation and testing of equipment for tradeshows, demonstrations and training sessions.
Staying up to date with product developments, and sharing your learnings with the team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, curious and ready to build their career in technical support.
You don't need to know everything on day one - what matters is your attitude and willingness to learn.
What you'll bring:
General technical knowledge of audio and/or lighting equipment (networking skills desirable).
An interest in developing a hybrid skillset - not pigeon-holed into one area.
Strong problem-solving ability and the patience to work through customer queries.
Comfort using computers, CRM tools and learning new systems.
Clear communication skills, especially over the phone and email.
A proactive attitude - you like to dig in, learn new products and share knowledge with others.
