Job Role

As a Desktop Support Team Lead, you will oversee a team of end user services engineers to ensure the delivery of best practice support methodology, technical expertise, and customer outcomes.

This role demands strong leadership skills and experience in managing day-to-day customer operations.

  • Manage escalations with effective communication back to stakeholders
  • Assist in Problem Management when required delegating as appropriate
  • Support Continual Service Improvement Initiatives
  • Mentor and coach staff members on customer issues
  • Promote a positive culture within the team

Responsibilities

  • Hardware and peripherals, i.e. laptops, notebooks, workstations, desktop PCs, printers, media, and audio-visual equipment
  • Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, End-Point Imaging, and experience in SOE creation and maintenance
