With its beautiful beach views, stunning sunsets and buzzing atmosphere, Stokehouse Pasta & Bar provides the perfect 'office' for the right individual.

We are looking for supervisors, cocktail & bar staff, wait staff and bussies as we relaunch what was the old Pontoon with a fresh new look and direction. You must be able to work well under pressure, have exceptional customer service and a optimistic outlook.

WAIT STAFF - Your job will involve high volume food & beverage dispensing but is never boring. Every day is different at Stokehouse pasta & bar and will always keep a smile on your face.

BAR STAFF - If you are an experienced bar tender that loves cranking out cocktails, we would love to give you a taste of Melbourne hospitality life in one of the finest locations. Our cocktail list is overseen by the Van Haandel group beverage manager and award-winning Ben Cashmore, previously from Nick and Norah's and the Speak easy group. Our wine list has been carefully curated by Stokehouse head sommelier Wil Martin, whose upstairs list has been awarded the highest honors of 3 glasses wine list of the year two years running.
