We also have a growing Employee Perks program that includes discounts on vehicle repair/parts, retail stores, and gym memberships.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:· Fully support and promote Mazzei Electric's core values of Safety, Innovation, Relationships and Trust.
· Coordinate and track schedules, RFI's, and shop drawings.
· Create financial reports for forecasting and invoicing for Project Manager review.
· Create and compile operation and maintenance manuals.
· Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
· Collaborate with prefabrication, design and purchasing departments.
· Other administrative tasks as needed.
· Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
· Perform other tasks as required.
This position may be based on site.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:· Electrical experience and/or construction experience required.
· Strong administrative and computer skills including the use of MS Office Suite and accounting/ERP software.
· Strong time management skills, specifically the ability to multi-task and prioritize a high work load.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
