We are now looking for our next Trainee Technician to join the team

**About You**
- You are probably reading this ad thinking "surely I don't have the experience required for this role". However, you have always been interested in machinery and are looking for that opportunity to change industry.
- Whilst you might not have experience working with machinery, what you do bring is a strong ability to build rapport, long-term relationships and understand client needs. After all, fixing the machines is only one aspect of the role.
- Work-life balance is something you are after. At the moment you are coordinating home opens and taking phone calls late at night and attending auctions on the weekend. You are looking for something offering more stable Monday-Friday hours.

**About The Role**

Across your first 6 months, you will receive training at our national head office in Melbourne. We will then fly you back to NSW where you will join the established team at Moorebank where you will continue your development.
- Be exposed to different machinery that is involved in the processing of converting a slab of stone into a kitchen benchtop you would see in a high-end home. We know that this is new for you, but you will be eased into things and allowed to develop at your own pace.
- Work with senior technicians that will guide you on the machinery and how to handle different tasks like performing maintenance and repair work. support you on everything from how to use hand tools to performing basic routine maintenance.
- Learning alongside graduates who are also just starting out, you won't be the only person just starting out in this industry.
- Use your customer service skills to effectively communicate with production managers, business owners and machine operators.
- As you progress you'll begin to know everything there is about installing machines
