We have 1,000 talented team members across Australia & every one of us is passionate about innovation, sustainability & quality.About the roleWe are currently seeking motivated Process Workers, Machine Operators and Forklift Operators to join our salad processing facility in Bairnsdale.You will be responsible for working on the production lines and working effectively and efficiently towards strict food quality standards.A range of shifts are available - Must be physically fit, liftup to15 kg sometimes repetitively, have sound English both verbal and written to complete the required compliance paperwork.We do work some public holidays and Sundays during our peak period (penalty rates apply)Key ResponsibilitiesOperation of machinery and equipment on food processing linesAchieving output and line speed targets within set timeframesWorkingin fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliabilityEnsuring food safety standards are metMaintaining a clean and safe work areaAbout YouA proactive-can do attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement and advancement in your roleMust be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kgBe willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees).
