Small Business Specialist accounting firm is seeking a Full Time Admin Assistant to complement & support our small team.
Boutique, inner city, Small Business Specialist accounting firm needs a full time Admin Assistant to assist with general office duties. Additionally, some data entry as required across a range of clients.
- Full time position

- Small, dynamic, supportive team
The role:
General office duties, including, but not limited to:
- First point of contact via phone & face to face
- Correspondence - incoming & outgoing
- Maintenance of data bases
- Updating client details with ATO & ASIC
- Across a range of mainly small business clients, individuals and associated entities
- Data entry as required, mainly via Xero / MYOB / Spreadsheets
- Newsletters & website updates
- Experience in a small office environment
- Experience with a range of software including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Exposure to accounting software such as Xero & MYOB would be a bonus
- Must be confident in dealing with clients either via phone or face to face
- This may also be an opportunity for someone looking to return to the workforce.
Work Authorisation:
- Ability to work unrestricted in Australia
**Experience**:
- Office experience: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook: 1 year (required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- ALEXANDRIA, NSW 2015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
