**About the role**

This role focuses on development and provision of data analysis and reports as well as identifying data trends across Seniors Services in line with the directorate strategy and best practice principles.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Analyse, monitor, and report on the Seniors Services clinical care and services data and analytics as part of effective governance and reporting processes
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis in relation to clinical care and services to drive clinical improvement
- Partner with Operational Support, IT and Governance Risk and Quality teams to develop and deliver accurate and timely reporting as part of effective governance processes.
- Engage with local service teams and provide advice, coaching and education to develop frontline capability in data analysis and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Identify and synthesise business requirements into useable reports

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Typically this role will require three (3) or more years' experience in your field of expertise. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organised, systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined. You will be continuing to develop in your area of expertise and be expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline. It is expected that you will be developing good skills at navigating a complex organisation, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority as required.
