**Position Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in **Frankston** in a SIL environment.

You will be supporting a female client with schizoaffective disorder - bipolar type/rapid cycling, a condition that involves complex behaviors. Due to the specific needs of our client, we are looking for female support workers, preferably with a background in mental health. Our client enjoys shopping, music, and television.

**Training will commence on 16th September for this role**

**Available Shifts**:

**CASUAL**
24 Hours per Fortnight

Week 1:

- Monday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (5 hours)
- Saturday: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (3 hours)
- Sunday: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (7 hours)

Week 2:

- Friday: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (9 hours, active)

**Requirements**:

- Experience in mental health
- Ability to manage complex behaviors and impulsive decisions
- Understanding of the client's specific needs and ability to provide consistent, proactive care

**Essential Certificates and Licenses**:

- Working with Children Check - Employee (Must have a current check)
- NDIS Screening Check - Employee (Must have a current check)
- Drivers Licence and Vehicle with comprehensive insurance needed for this role
- First Aid and CPR Certificate - (Must be current or booked)
- NDIS Quality, Safety and you module certificate (or able to complete)
