Create Catering is looking for some Hospitality Super Stars to join our family in Melbourne. We are a service driven business and values staff training and development, providing fresh customer centric food and exceptional services to both our retail and event customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily café operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth workflow.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, food and beverages.
- Greet and serve customers, taking orders and delivering food and drinks with a positive attitude.
- Maintain stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Keep the café and coffee station clean and organized, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Support the café team during peak periods, ensuring efficient teamwork.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a café or hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment / skilled barista.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and stay organized.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle customer requests efficiently.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
