Job Title: Foh Staff Required For Sorrento Cafe

We are seeking FOH All Rounders to join our team at a small but busy cafe in Sorrento. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a barista, although this is not essential. What's more important is your ability to work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and provide top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista (preferably)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Availability to start immediately
