Join a successful startup that specializes in developing and integrated SaaS platform to streamline the way businesses in the mining industry manage their field operations by using live data in a user-centered platform. As the Head of Product, you will lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and values
- Understand the market and customer needs to keep driving the product to the forefront of its market
- Foster collaboration and implement agile and lean methodologies throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams (on and off-shore) to create intuitive and user-friendly products that meet the needs of the customers
- Manage the design/build/test/release process end-to-end
- Facilitate the prioritisation of initiatives that achieve business goals
- Be the key interface on the product side for the commercial team.

**What you'll have**:

- Previous experience working in a growing technology environment is essential for this role.
- A strong understanding of ERP's, Saas, and/or accounting or workforce management platforms is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- The ability to build a product strategy and roadmap as well as execute
- Excellent written, verbal communications as well as strong facilitation ability.
