**About The Opportunity**
As the Project Coordinator, based at Micromine HQ in the Perth CDB, you will help plan, execute, and finalise implementation projects in line with set timelines and budgets. Your efforts will enable project team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects according to plan.
Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with regional project delivery teams to help define project objectives and manage work deliverables.
- Helping with the development of project processes and work instructions.
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding actions on behalf of project teams.
- Providing administrative support for project teams and preparing correspondence, including documents and internal memorandums.
- Organising meetings and coordinating the preparation of agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Supporting the Projects Office with the delivery of reporting for all projects globally.

**About You**
You will have experience working in similar roles within project teams, including exposure to helping create project management documentation and processes.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Whilst not essential, exposure to the Technology or Mining industries will help you hit the ground running faster.
