Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an EL1 Assistant Director Case Management - Early Assessment Team on a contract for 12 months.

**Position Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Undertaking case management of highly complex AAT matters and analysing to develop recommendations for early resolution.
- Obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters.
- Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations, Hearings conducted by the AAT.
- Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings,
- Assessing and responding to priority and risks, including risk to the participant, Scheme sustainability and the agency.
- Contributing to the preparation of reports, business cases, meeting submissions and correspondence.
- Preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.
- Leading and contributing to strategic projects and policy development processes.
- Leading development of and contribution to Ministerial and Parliamentary briefs.
- Leading a team and/or a scope of work, including mentoring, supervising, training and supporting junior Case Managers.
