Role Description
As a Senior IT Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for complex technical issues, providing hands-on support and leading projects like Microsoft 365 migrations, server builds, and network installations. You'll mentor junior staff, help maintain high service standards, and build strong client relationships through trusted advice and reliable delivery.

What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment.
Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and security.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to mentor others and manage competing priorities.
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) are a bonus.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
