**The Role**:
We are seeking a 2nd Centre Manager to work collaboratively with the existing Centre Manager, sharing the administrative and leadership responsibilities depending on your skillset and preferences. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Managing the day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures
- Providing leadership, motivation and support to educators
- Creating long lasting connections with families, management team and the local community
- Ensuring best practice is followed in line with NQS
- Administrative duties including enrolments and rostering

**You have**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Experience in a leadership role
- A Current Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- A passion for Leadership in Early Childhood Education and a desire to Exceed the National Quality Standards
