**The Role**

SBS has a great **part time role**, supporting the Head of Codes and Guidelines in the provision of guidance and training relating to the SBS Code of Practice and the SBS Commercial, Funding and External Relationships Guidelines. This role supports SBS to maintain the highest standards of editorial independence and integrity and fulfil SBS's purpose.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Prepare detailed industry and policy research and analysis to support the ongoing development of the SBS's editorial standards and policies.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training presentations.
- Provide administrative support.

**About you**

Ideally, you have:

- Experience in developing and advising on policy and procedural standards.
- Good understanding of the Australian media industry with a knowledge of the regulatory and policy environment, and ideally editorial and production processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently within a small team to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
