**Cater Care Retail** are on the lookout for a vibrant & enthusiastic **Assistant Manager** who is passionate about Mexican food, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, and committed to creating a fun working environment. **About the Role**: The **Assistant Manager** plays an important role at Mad Mex. You will work in all service areas - food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager you will take charge during the shift and be responsible for team supervision, stock management, banking, and opening/closing the restaurant. This is a **Full Time** position and will be required to work **38 hours** including early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Training new team members
- Monitoring sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Inventory management including ordering, processing invoices & stocktaking
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, Food Safety and Liquor Licensing legislation
- Ensuring compliance with Mad Mex Policies & Procedures
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.

**About You**:
We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility. You are the 'go to' person on shift so must be able to provide clear direction to staff on shift, build & create great relationships with staff & customers and ensure food & service standards are to a high quality.
