Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the Gyprock workstations and the efficient production of Gyprock, while maintaining quality, low cost, and safe work practices.ResponsibilitiesChampion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk PastEnsure adequate raw material levels to run the schedule including the preparation of PBL reelsAdhere to approved formulation and process settingsQuality Assurance testing consistent with National testing matrix requirementsProcess manipulation as required to achieve product specifications e.g. formulation adjustment, dressing of scoring wheelsProduction and quality data to be recorded and entered directly into CSR's online systemsForklift driving required for this roleWhat You Bring To The RoleStrong Safety awarenessAttention to detailWillingness to work a rotating rosterProven success in a similar role, preferably in a high volume, multi-stage continuous manufacturing / factory environmentForklift licenseStrong understanding of production operationsWhat We OfferSupportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusionCare and wellbeing offer includes paid parental leaveRewarding career with on-the-job learning, development, and upskilling opportunities within and across our brandsHow To ApplyJust click on the Apply for this job button.
