The myHomecare Group is the leading Home Care Package (HCP) provider in Australia and we support older Australians to continue living in their homes longer. As our Supplier Compliance Officer, you will manage the compliance requirements of myHomecare's independent contractors and monitor the performance of our contractors to ensure they meet the required standards of care.

Reporting to the Supplier Manager, you'll join a supportive team with a positive culture. Your previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer facing environment will allow you to handle multiple tasks at once with ease. There are no qualifications required for this role - we will teach you everything that you need to know. You just bring the desire to assist our contractors to become and remain compliant.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Filing and recording incoming compliance documentation
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of contractors to ensure they are meeting the required standards of care and service
- Conducting regular audits of contractors to ensure they are complying with regulations and standards
- Identifying and addressing any compliance issues that arise with contractors
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and reporting any issues
- Providing guidance and support to contractors on their compliance
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

**We are looking for someone with**:

- High attention to detail
- The ability to work at pace in a changing environment
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Compliance management experience and knowledge of aged care regulations and standards is desirable, but not essential
