L2 IT Support Officer - $95k + super - Brisbane CBDOur client is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Officer to join a collaborative, close-knit team supporting a diverse client base.
The role offers a balance of remote troubleshooting and onsite visits, providing variety and opportunities to strengthen client relationships.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 support across client environments, resolving escalated issues efficiently.Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to minimise downtime and prevent issues.Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical challenges and escalate when required.Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Mentor and support junior team members in their technical development.Deliver high-quality customer service across remote and onsite engagements.About YouProven experience in a Level 2 IT Support role (MSP experience highly regarded).
Strong technical skills across AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 10 / 11.Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL practices.Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a problem-solving mindset.Why Apply?
