About your role:
Skout Solutions are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Melbourne managing our temp desk portfolio. Working within a collaborative team, you will work across both white and blue collar, supporting Ventia's diverse contracts.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in running high volume recruitment desk in an internal or external agency environment
- Energy to deliver recruitment across a range of industries and type of roles
- Ability to learn new systems and experience using multiple platforms
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret awards and enterprise agreements
- Understanding the calculation of pay rates and penalty rates
