**The Role**
SHE Coordinator will be responsible for all staff in areas of risk assessment, traffic management, managing chemical processes, audit leadership, injury management, manual process improvement and increasing the shared safety behaviours and overall safety culture. This position will focus on the factory plant employees and in doing so, will help develop the long-term safety strategy and encourage all staff to be safety leaders through facilitation and empowerment.
