Agitator Driver

**The role**

Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for a Heavy Rigid (HR) licenced Driver to join our fleet of Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers. Based out of our site at Dapto, you will load and deliver pre-mixed concrete to our customer sites.

As an Agitator Driver you will ensure that customer orders are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently.

If you already have a HR licence, then we can offer training in all facets of being an Agitator Driver and pre-mixed concrete delivery.

This role is available on a permanent full-time basis working on our day shift Monday to Friday along with Saturday shifts as and when required.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver concrete to clients' sites
- Manage concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete
- Complete basic documentation
- Develop positive customer relationships
- Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements

**What you will need to succeed**
- Essential - hold a current HR drivers' licence and be able to provide a driver's licence history check
- Highly regarded - experience driving a Concrete Agitator Truck
- Current white card
- Have a positive work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work self-directed
- Be a reliable team player with a focus on excellent customer service
