Cleary Bros is seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our team based at Coniston, Wollongong, NSW. Multiple roles are available.

Responsibilities
  1. The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
  2. Knowledge of and compliance with all NHVR regulations
  3. Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company during deliveries
  4. Commitment to Maas Group's safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors
  5. Develop effective working relationships with customers, leading and influencing personal drive and results
  6. Complete daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation
  7. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle (internal and external)
  8. Foster a productive team environment with high morale to satisfy customers and meet business objectives
  9. Operate agitator trucks safely during loading and delivery of pre-mixed concrete
  10. Perform basic maintenance tasks as required
  11. Maintain yard and plant housekeeping
  12. Perform other duties as requested
  13. Hold a valid HR license
  14. Willingness to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
