**About the Role**

Our G Pavilion Ward has a great opportunity for a Ward Clerk who is flexible, highly organised and excels in a multi-disciplined team environment to join the team There are 2 part time positions vacant, as a job share arrangement, each contracted to 37.5 hours per fortnight (5 shifts).

The role of the Ward Clerk is to provide quality customer service in the coordination of the administrative functions to the ward. This role will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team utilising effective communication skills with a team focus.
- Welcome patients and visitors on the ward
- Discharging and transferring patients
- Filing and booking appointments
- General reception duties

- Proven organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous medical reception/hospital administration experience is desirable.

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate ranging from **$28.07 - $30.73** + superannuation, based on relevant experience and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

**Requirements**:
