**About the Role**

Due to the ongoing growth of the Rivalea business, we are currently recruiting an experienced Boning Room Planner to join our team in a newly created position. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager, the purpose of this role is to plan the operational activity, maximize profit, align and optimise the JBS integrated supply chain and analyse, identify and drive growth plans and ongoing profit improvements through the planning cycle.
- Work with internal stakeholders (farming, processing, sales & planning) & key customers to:

- Devise the boning & Value Add (VA) plans across the 3x JBS pork plants on a weekly; 13-week & 12 monthly cycles;
- Ensure production and stock levels meet operational & budget requirements; &
- Ensure customers weekly requirements are both met, measured and improvements actioned.
- Partner with key stakeholders on reporting needs/insights and action improvements to reduce risk and prep for success
- Assist with setting the budget/forecasts as well as drive key strategic activities through to commercialisation
- Support and contribute to the wider Supply Chain/S&OP team

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar Planning role within an FMCG environment
- Demonstrated experience with production processes (Meat processing highly regarded)
- Ability to work to deadlines and display good problem-solving ability
- Ability to articulate key metrics of performance to stakeholders
- Energetic, proactive self-starter, driven attitude.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Holder of a current driver's licence
