**Guided Holiday & Inspiring Journey's Agent**

**The Role**

AAT Kings is looking for keen sales and service professionals to join our team**.** We pride ourselves on providing the best service to all our customers and partners to ensure they have a great experience and the flexibility needed in today's climate.

You'll become a specialist across our AAT Kings Guided Holiday's and Inspiring Journey's product ranges to pro-actively and effectively convert enquiries into bookings.

Based out of our Alexandria head office with flexible working available and remote working options also available for interstate employees, key responsibilities will include:

- Selling pro-actively, converting AAT Kings Guided Holiday & Inspiring Journey's enquires into bookings working across both our trade and direct/consumer bases using Salesforce
- Effectively processing travel bookings and enquiries in a multi-channel Contact Centre environment
- Maintaining a superior standard of service to achieve sales and quality targets, by meeting or exceeding personal and team KPI's

We are on the lookout for sales professionals who are comfortable with and enjoy working towards targets. As a strong communicator in all formats, you will also be a strong relationship builder.

To be successful you will:

- Display strong customer service skills at all times
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a flexible and adaptable approach to work in order to work with changing demands
- Bring proven experience and results in a sales based role preferably in a service related environment
- Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of the Australian and/or NZ market/destinations or willingness to learn
- Be curious and contribute to the improvement of processes and systems through feedback and action
- Be competent using the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Salesforce, and be confident picking up new systems
- Be able to work a rotating rosta including Saturday shifts (penalty rates apply)
