At** **Nino Early Learning Adventures, we are dedicated to delivering an inspiring learning experience to every child, where they can play, learn, and flourish.

To support our Centers that are located across Melbourne, we are seeking a Talented Acquisition Specialist for a 12 month parental leave placement. This role is to assist in sourcing talented and dedicated staff for our beautiful Centres.

**About the role**:

- Coordinate reference checks, background checks and employment contracts
- Collaborate with the Centre Managers to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for our new employees
- Manage relationships with external providers to assist with our talent pool
- Provide regular reports and feedback on recruitment activities and outcomes
- Assist with our Traineeship program
- Be an ambassador for our company

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years experience working in a recruitment/talent acquisition role
- Demonstrated knowledge of different recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Intermediate level or above proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior work experience from a related field will be highly regarded

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience working in a recruitment role & experience in the early learning industry preferred
- Experience across Office 365 suite
- Knowledge of Martian Logic highly regarded
- Own car & drivers license to travel to our different centres including a Working with Children's Check (Employer)
