**FULL TIME DANCE TEACHERS WANTED FOR LOCATIONS IN**:

- **INNER WEST**

CareToDance Pty Ltd is Australia's most reputable Ballroom & Latin Adult Dance Company with locations in the Inner West & Sydney CBD.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced male Dance Teacher to join our busy team with a strong client focused culture.

As part of this role, you will be expected to:

- Teach students in dance theory, practice and performance
- Choreograph dance routines
- Plan programs of study for individuals and groups
- Instruct and demonstrate practical dance routines
- Assessing, guiding and instructing individuals and groups

To be successful in the role, applicants must have either:

- A relevant bachelor degree qualification and at least two (2) years of post-qualification full-time work experience; OR
- At least five (5) years of full-time, relevant work experience.

In addition to the above, applicants must possess the following:

- Enthusiastic with an Immaculate appearance
- Have a positive can-do attitude with good communication skills.
- Must be responsible, punctual, a team player, friendly and reliable
- Have strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable, motivated, and agile in a dynamic environment
- Proactive approach to all tasks and willing to take on new challenges
- Be well-versed in Latin-dance techniques and styles

The successful applicant will be required on a full-time basis, 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday and some Saturdays.

**Salary**: $72,000.00 /year
