About us
Bright Stars Dance is an exciting dance program for kids aged 1-5. The learning syllabus has been specifically created for young children and incorporates a broad range of activities that foster an appreciation for dance, music and imagination. At Bright Stars Dance we believe that interaction, creativity and confidence are the foundations for a great learning environment. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable dance teachers to teach a range of classes across Sydney. Hours are generally between 9.30am-4pm, Monday-Friday. We offer on the job training at full pay, a yearly retention bonus and a warm and supportive work environment.
Qualifications & experience
Experience working with children essential
Must hold Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
Dance experience essential
Entertainment/performance experience preferred but not essential
An ability to build connections with students, parents and teachers
An understanding of early childhood development preferred
Drivers license and car preferred but not essential
Punctuality and reliability essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Classes typically run between 9.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 7 per week
