Territory Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity to join, our Field Sales Team as the Territory Manager for the Perth Metro (south of the river) with a monthly regional run. Our Sales team are high achievers When you work with us, we'll give you an experience like no other. You will be working alongside some of the best and brightest, where you will service our customer base across Independent Grocery, Petrol & Convenience and Local Trade accounts.
As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible driving profitable and sustainable sales growth across some Australian's iconic brands in the Bega Food and Dairy & Drinks portfolio and to achieve key business objectives and priorities. You will work with a large number of categories & competitors in each category, and rapidly perishable products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Driving Business Sales Growth- Driving increased distribution of Bega portfolio- Supporting the execution of the territory marketplace plans- Executing sell in and activation of sales drive promotional activity- Actively contribute to the team achieving monthly sales objectives- Building and maintaining constructive relationships with all stakeholders
About you- Technical sales knowledge - structured sales methodology.- Commercial knowledge - understanding market & industry dynamics, utilising volume, rate, and mix targets, pricing strategies.- Strong sales experience, and ability to achieve targets, executed priorities within a structured call, increased distribution.- Demonstrated courage and resilience to have constructive and challenging conversations.- Ability to build relationships with customers based on value creation.
