**ofi** has built a global leadership position in many of its businesses. In Australia & New Zealand, we operate in multiple products including cocoa, dairy, and almonds.

We seek an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer & Logistics Coordinator to provide logístical and customer service support to one of the world's leading Almond Trading Teams. The role includes fulfilling customer contracts, order entry, demand planning and problem-solving order discrepancies.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Key Accounts Support**:Respond to requests for information from our key accounts quickly and accurately. Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues.
- Domestic Sales & Logistics**: End to end process of order entry to customer delivery. Liaise with freight companies and internal stakeholder around any freight issues. Ensuring all products are delivered in-full and on-time
- Planning**: Regularly comparing production schedules and open orders to key account forecasts, adjusting as required.
- Stock Reconciliation**:Assigning batch allocation to open orders. Provide monthly stock on hand reconciliation.
- Invoicing**: Invoicing and costing for all shipments. Collaborating with the ofi Finance team for customers credit terms.

You will be organised, display initiative, have strong customer service skills and can effectively multi-task, communicate, negotiate, and influence across all stakeholders. In addition, to be in contention for this fast paced and challenging opportunity you will possess:

- Knowledge and understanding of shipping processes and local logistics
- Can multitask and communicate with all stakeholders
- Exposure to SAP or similar business systems
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
- Be a team player
