**Melrose Contracting **Pty Ltd is a highly regarded roofing company with operations in Sydney, Newcastle, South Coast and ACT.

We are seeking to employ a flashings installer to work with our production team at our South Nowra office.

You will be an organized, friendly & focused person with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Installing Colorbond Flashings
- Installing Roof sheets/ Fascia & Gutter Items as required
- Scheduling work and keeping track of customer requests
- Coordinate between Builders and Tradesmen.
- Ability to read Site Plans
- Knowledge of Fascia, Gutter & Roofing industry preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
- An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your work
- Be a self-starter and show initiative
- Work well under pressure
- Knowledge or experience in the Building and Construction Industry advantageous
- Fluent English language skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Illawarra NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
