Roofing Technician Trainee

We are seeking a skilled and motivated roofing technician trainee to join our team. As an apprentice in this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in metal roofing installation, gutter and downpipe systems, and flashing.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist experienced roofers on various construction projects, learning essential skills and techniques in the field.
  • Your primary focus will be on developing proficiency in metal roofing installation, including laying roofs, repairing damaged sections, and ensuring proper flashing.
  • You will work closely with experienced tradespeople to ensure that all projects are completed safely and efficiently, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Requirements
  • To be considered for this position, you must have completed a first-year apprenticeship in a relevant trade or possess significant experience working in the construction industry.
  • You should be physically fit and able to work at heights, performing manual labor as required by the job.
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others is essential for success in this role.
