Premium window cleaning company looking for a window, solar panel and gutter cleaning Team Leader with the desire to deliver a quality service to join our team. Duties will primarily include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning & working alongside our call centre in order to continually grow the business.

Full time role role with flexible work times (based on jobs).

We are looking for someone who is not just a great window cleaner but someone who is also highly personable with excellent English based communication skills as this job involves a lot of customer interaction to discuss the overall jobs.

You will be responsible for managing a small team on a day to day basis to ensure that jobs are completed in a professional, safe and profitable manner.

Applicants must be reliable, efficient, well presented, be excellent communicators, a driving licence and have an eye for detail.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing team and establish yourself within two companies. The role is predominantly window cleaning with water fed poles, but you will also carry out other specialist cleaning tasks such as internal window cleaning, call centre coordination, planning data to day jobs, client communication and so much more. Other aspects of the business which will expand your skill set, such as pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, gutter clearing and medium height level cleaning (maximum 3 stories high).

You will report to our office in Banyo on a daily basis, where you will meet your team members and travel to a ever changing set of jobs (a mix between commercial and residential jobs), all tools and equipment will be provided for you to carry out your duties.

We undertake a variety of different and interesting works in a variety of locations, so every day is different out in the field.

Monday to Friday - 07:00 until 14:00 typically. Saturdays by request.

Contract length: 36 months
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $38.65 per hour
